Site Preparation
From the moment work begins, Randy Frischman treats site preparation as the foundation of a successful project. Drawing on more than 40 years of hands-on excavation experience, Randy brings a personal level of attention to every job—evaluating slopes, soil conditions, drainage paths, and access points before the first cut is made. His experience allows him to see how the site will perform long after construction begins, not just how it looks on day one.
Randy is directly involved in shaping the site, from clearing and grading to plan, to stripping and managing topsoil, removing unsuitable material, and carefully balancing cut-and-fill to achieve precise elevations. Equal emphasis is placed on proper compaction and base preparation so foundations, slabs, driveways, and utilities are supported correctly from the ground up. The result is a clean, well-prepared site built with steady workmanship, sound judgement, and the personal care that comes from decades of doing the job right.
